Refund policy

We offer a 30-day Comfort Guarantee. If your mat arrives damaged or defective, or if you're not happy with it, contact us at igorsantoshighh@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the item. Once approved, we'll send a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to ship the item back.
